About the Circuit Clerk

The Circuit Clerk is responsible for maintaining complete and accurate records of the court. These records include all Civil, Criminal, Probate, Domestic, and Juvenile cases filed in Iron County.

Duties of the Circuit Clerk

• Receive, process, and preserve judgments, rulings, orders, and all other proceedings of the court (manually and electronically)
• Collect and disburse court costs and fines
• Maintain court case files in an accurate and complete manner
• Keep the Court schedule of trials and hearings
• Maintain the jury pool and summon jurors
• Provide staff assistance to the Judges
